Kali’na Restaurant

Kali’na restaurant is named for the first Tobagonians, who were Amerindians known for artisanship and incorporation of local produce, like cassava. Kali’na’s menu is a reflection of Tobago’s culinary history with Indian, African, European, and Asian influence delivering a cuisine that is “bold”, explosive in flavour, eclectic and addictive.

Following this approach, Kali’na’s chefs constantly create an exciting menu with Caribbean culinary influences that are matched with the latest trends. Let our Kali’na’s chefs excite your taste buds from our gourmet menu or vegetarian menu with the tempting array of Caribbean inspired dishes.

The Kali’na menu offers a choice of vegetarian and gourmet options.

Quotes from TripAdvisor:

“I highly recommend making a reservation at Kali’na Restaurant for a quiet, upscale dining experience. The food is amazing, management and staff are very pleasant. I can’t wait to visit this establishment again, our experience was amazing!!!”

“My experiences at Kalina restaurant are always exceptional. According to Akiel, I have dined there at least 66 or 67 times! Yes, 66 or 67. The food is phenomenal and staff and service the same. The Chef and Sous Chef are always so helpful and sometimes come out to greet me. I have taken many friends there and they are always ready to return! Such a relaxing atmosphere and great suggestions from the staff if I am not sure what to order.”

“Great food. Excellent service. Nice desserts. Friendly staff here. Menu different each night. Lots of stuff to eat.”

“Decided to try the restaurant and I’m happy I did. The ambience, the service and the food were top notch. I will definitely eat there again.”

“Visiting Tobago on holiday, we were expecting a great experience but not necessarily great food. However this restaurant really took us by surprise with the quality of its food and service. Not cheap but the overall experience far exceeded our expectations and this must be one of the best restaurants, if not the best, on the island. Service was friendly and for Tobago very efficient, and the variety and taste of the food excellent including the little touches such as the bread and Amuse Bouche served at the start of the meal.”
